From tap. Pours cloudy yellow. No head. Aroma is herbal honey and slight chemical. Sweet honey and ginger. Sugarish. Herbal, ginger and sweet honey finish.

Fonefan 270215. Pale yellow colour with no head. Aroma is ginger, lemon. Flavour is ginger, lemon, honey, spices. Weird mead.

Bottle courtesy of tkrjukoff. Pours clear sparkling extremely pale greenish golden with a small fizzy white head that quickly dissipates without leaving any trace on the glass. Smell is spicy with honey, ginger, minerals and lemon peal. Taste is very tiny sweet, very tiny sour and spicy. Mouthfeel is sparkling, tiny spicy hot and light bodied. Finish is very tiny sweet and very tiny sour with honey, ginger, apple skins and lemon peal. Bottle 330ml. [ As Sahtipaja Pilot Series Ingefära Citron Session Mead ].Clear light yellow color almost crystal cleat water with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate honey, ginger, citrus, artificial, cleaner agent alike. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, citrus acidic, ginger, tart ginger, citrus, light honey. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20150227]

Draft @ Taproom, Malmö. Pours a very pale yellow color with no head. Has a fruity spicy ginger aroma. Fruity spicy weak watery ginger and citrus flavor. Has a fruity spicy ginger and honey finish.

Bottled@fonefan. (thanks tkrjukoff!). See through colour, no head. Aroma is elderflower, lemon and some ginger along with mild herbal notes. Flavour is ginger, some mild perfumed soapy notes as well as some lemon. Mild ginger as well, making this a rather refreshing and easy to enjoy beer.

Bottle. Slightly hazy in the glass, almost colorless and flat. Loads of ginger in the aroma, hiding both lemon and honey. Lemon peel showing up after a while. It’s ginger-like stinging in the mouth, with lots of ginger flavor and some lemon and a faint honey touch. Spiced hints. It’s medium bodied and quite dry on the palate, no carbonation. Everlasting ginger finish. Way too much ginger in this one I think, but it’s nice in a way. 150227

Deutlicher Ingwer Antrunk, wie die anderen Session Meet wässrig. Kaum süß, so deutlich der Ingwer vorhanden ist so gering ist die Schärfe. Ok. 6/7/8/8//7
