The Cracker Cowboys of Florida were colonial-era settlers, often of Scots-Irish descent, who arrived in Florida when Spain traded their territory of La Florida to the English. The term Cracker in Florida usage relates to the whip these “cow hunters” used to herd cattle in Florida’s Palmetto Prairies. Called Quaqueros by the Spanish, these hardy and hard working Cracker Cowboys helped to shape the history of Florida, the nation’s oldest cattle raising state. We brew Florida Cracker White Ale with unmalted wheat, orange peel and coriander and then ferment it with a Belgianyeast strain to give it a spicy and dry finish. Perfect for a warm day on the Palmetto Prairie.

The plan was to arrive a few hours ago with flight LH 462 at 2:45 pm in Miami and travel through Florida for the next three weeks. But due to the pandemic and the world wide lockdown, we had to cancel everything. As a substitute I ordered online some Florida beers for the next days. Starting now with Florida Cracker. Hazy flat golden in the glass, one finger white head. Wheat and orange smell. Tastes with fruity wheat and yeast at the start, orange, banana, wheat and yeast, some coriander. Nice and easy drinking stuff.

Aroma of wheaty malt and yeast, with some citrusy notes. Pours a cloudy pale gold with a creamy white head. Taste is fruity, with melon and orange apparent, yeast and hop flavours bounce around and there's some spice character in there too. It has moderate carbonation, a creamy mouthfeel and a sweet fruit aftertaste

Pours with really nice white foam and a cloudy yellowish body. Smells of smooth creamy yeast and sweet grains. Flavour is chewy grains and yeast, sweet chalkiness and some lemon. Very nice, very drinkable.

OK, so I'm in florida and I see this odd can at total wine in saint pete so I buy it. Pour is a slightly cloudy and pale. TAste is smooth and easy. How about CC always having some bullshit story with each of their brews, go fiiger. This is just a simple easy to drink on style wit bier thank you. There you have it. Good domestic example of the style, and I like it.
