Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2014, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Thwaites Naked Runner ].Clear medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, hay, light hoppy, grass, apple notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140812]

From cask. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grainy, grassy and slight herbal. Bitter, herbal, grainy and slight grassy. Herbal and dry finish.

Cask @ GBBF 2014. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty weak hoppy citrus aroma. Fruity malty weak hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty weak hoppy citrus finish.

Cask at GBBF ’14, day 1, 12/08/14. Lightly hazed golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is bready, light citric vibes, spice. Taste comprises lemon rind, straw, bready notes. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. So so GB.

Sampled @ GBBF. Hazy yellow color, virtually no head. Smell and taste malts, lightly grainy, lightly bitter, some butter. Average body and carbonation.
