Mit „Zeiler Frühling“ geht es fruchtig-frisch in die Biergartensaison. Aufwändige Kalthopfung mit Calypso-Hopfen verleiht dieser unfiltrierten Bierspezialität Aromen, die an Zitrone, Maracuja und Birne erinnern. Unterstrichen werden die Frucht-Noten durch den Einsatz einer Ale Hefe sowie die bei der Heißhopfung eingesetzten Hopfensorten Perle, Aurora und Record.

Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Göller Zeiler Fruhling ].Unclear - hazy matt medium orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, pale malt, fruity, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, fruity, yeast, grass, hop fruity, tropical fruit notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20150518]

Bottle from Bierothek Bamberg. Hazy gold lasting white head. Caramel and hop aroma. Caramel in the mouth quite bitter on the finish. OK. too much caramel. hmm.
