Swedish Lambic Style beer brewed with water, hops, barley/wheat malt and yeast.
After 10 months fermentation in oak barrels red currants and rhubarb were added for additional 6 month maturing before bottling.
Somewhat sweet, fruity, berry sour beer with tones of vinegar in both aroma and flavor.

Sampled from bottle at "This is not really deanso’s last THT"-tasting. Amazing gusher, 10 out of 10. Cloudy yellow stuff with no head. Sour grain, grapes, grass, nutty wood, rhubarb. Moderate to strong lactic sour. Soft carbonation.

Fonefan 280215. Red golden-orange colour with a white head. Flavour is sourness, red current, rhubarb, vinous. Nice beer.

Golden with pink hues. no head. Aroma is tart, not a lot of rhubarb but it has more of the same sour that the other bottles had. Taste is nice. good mouthfeel but then metal and sour grape. it’s intense. I think it’s alright but the thing is, I don’t like very sour beers.

Bottle 375ml. @ Carnival Tasting 2015, Denmark. [ As Sahtipaja Lambic Style Röd Vinbär / Rabarber ].Clear light medium yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy grapes, barnyard, leather, berries, tart, rhubarb. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a average duration, vinegar, rhubarb, tart, berries. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. Very nice balanced flavor ;D [20150228]

Bottled@fonefan. Hazy pale red colour with a small white head, that lasts for a bit. Aroma is rhubarb, some sour wood and mild red berries. Flavour is quite similar, with also some slight vinegary tartness to it and all this with a rather big dry palate.

Bottle. Pours a hazy pale reddish color with a small white head. Has a fruity rhubarb red currant aroma. Fruity sour tart rhubarb flavor. Has a fruity sour tart rhubarb finish.

Bottle. An unclear, orange-golden beer with a minimal sized off-white head. The aroma is fruity and berryish, with some barnyard- and lemon-funk. It’s medium bodied and quite tart, with some vinegar hints, pleasant carbonation. Pale malts in the back, with lemon and some barnyard flavor. Some vinegar in the finish. Not my preferred fruit lambic, but I like some of it though. 150228

Intensiv fruchtig säuerlicher Antrunk, Beeren, Rhabarber. Süffig, im Mittelteil Essignoten, dennoch süffig. Nett, auch wenn das andere Lambic des Brauers besser ist. 9/10/10/9/8/9
