Bottle courtesy of tkrjukoff. Pours hazy pinkish orange with a small frothy white head that doesn’t leave much trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is sour, fruity and tiny funky with crackers, lemon juice, red currants, hay, dry soil, barnyard, minerals, horse-blanket, lemon zest and hints of rhubarb. Taste is sour and tiny fruity with crackers, lemon juice, sour milk, apple cider vinegar, red currants, rhubarb, unripe strawberries, hay, dry soil, lemon zest and hints of barnyard. Mouthfeel is dry, tart, throat burning acetic and light bodied. Finish is sour and tiny fruity with crackers, red currants, lemon juice, rhubarb, hay, dry soil, leather, barnyard, apple cider vinegar and lemon zest. Nice base beer but too acetic for top scores. --- Beer merged from original tick of Röd Vinbär/Rabarber Lambic on 30 Aug 2014 at 18:39 - Score: 7
