On tap at the brewery. Vintage 2020. Clear golden orange with small white head. Funky, citrus, some apples, medium sourness.

Bottle pour at Dovetail, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out black pepper, light phenols, and spicy yeast. Flavour is funky and complex — pretty much the same as the Vignette. The apples are barely noticeable. Spicy, peppery and dry. Nice stuff — probably a slight step above the Vignette in terms of funk and complexity.
