Unfiltered hazy German wheat ale. Light banana ester and clove phenol from a German wheat yeast. Bready doughy wheat malt flavour with chewy creamy mouthfeel. Low bitterness. High carbonation. Light, crisp, and refreshing yet fulfilling.

On tap at Parallel 49. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Straw and sweet esters on the nose. Flavour has a ton of bubblegum from the esters with a wheaty base. The esters seem way out of check here, not a fan.

On tap at Parallel 49, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out banana, clove and bready malt. Flavour is bubblegumy, clove and wheaty notes. Too bubblegumy. This doesn't work for me.

Blond colour, some gold too, cloudy, with medium sized compact head. This is a yeast bomb, it has loads of clove and some banana; it's moderately sweet, which I appreciate in a Hefeweizen, strong wheat character too, and the bitterness, although low, is not completely absent.
Pleasant.

Re-rate: poured from the tap. Slightly hazed orange gold with small white head. Overly estery, way too much bubblegum. Off balance. Chose this to finish off my flight, not expecting much different, but it was so different it required a re-rate. Sept 24, 2022 (7/3/7/3/14=3.4): Poured from the tap @ P49. Hazy gold with small white head. Decent example of the style, bready wheat, light esters, hint of banana and clove.
