Brewed with Belgian Pilsner malt and cereal-mashed raw wheat and Saaz hops. Ginger root, coriander and orange peel added to boil. Late addition of Campbell’s Gold Wildflower honey in fermentor. Aromatic, hint of ginger spice, highly carbed.

On tap at Twin Sails, pours a hazy blonde with a monstrous white head — obviously way overcarbonated — the bartender had immense trouble pouring this. Aroma brings our saison yeast, coriander, orange peel, and a hint of ginger. Flavour is spicy, with big spicy saison yeast, but not all that much coriander or ginger. The carb has probably buried these adjuncts. It's alright but clearly a flawed beer.
