[ As Talbot Harris Cider - Dry ( Glenlivet Whisky Cask ) ].Clear medium orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, wood - whisky. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, dry, apples, whisky barrel - wood. From cask. Pours cloudy yellow with a small to fully gone head. Aroma is sulphorish dry apples. Mixed sweet and citric, light sulphorish and zesty apples. Dry and light citric finish.

Aroma: Apples, fruit.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Apples, a bit dry.

Sampled @ GBBF day 3. Clear golden color, virtually no head. Aroma is fruity, apple, lightly grapes. Taste apple, quite dry, a touch of grape peel, lightly vinous. I don’t get anything that reminds me of whisky. Decent cider though.

Cask - Light apple and Whisky barrel notes. Clear gold with no head. Apple and the Whisky barrel notes. Mid palate there is an vinegar oddness, but finishes quite nicely with some rich flavors.
