Kolejne piwo wspólnie uwarzone z Browarem Szałpiw. Trójka to Dubbel IPA czyli hybryda belgijskiej klasyki z "nowym" duchem piwowarstwa rzemieślniczego czyli IPA. Połączenie bogatej słodowości Dubbla oraz aromatu ciemnych owoców takich jak śliwki, wiśnie lecz również rodzynki, morele i jabłka z uderzającym cytrusowym aromatem pochodzącym z amerykańskich chmieli. Goryczka również została podkręcona dzięki czemu stanowi poważną kontrę dla słodów.

Another effect of collaboration with our friends from SzałPiw. No. 3 is Dubbel IPA – the great hybrid of Belgian classical beer with the pearl of craft – IPA. A lot of maltiness from Dubbel makes this beer aromatic (plums, cherries, raisins, apricot and apple) but still – hops are palpable as well. Be sure that you’ll face some citrus and great tropical fruit in aroma and taste.

Fonefan 110415. Dark brown colour with a beige head. Flavour is bread, malt, hop, caramel, toffee, sugar, dried fruit. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

Bottle 500ml. [ As Pracownia Piwa / Szalpiw 3 ].Clear medium to dark red amber color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, caramelized caramel - malt, toffee notes, light hoppy, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, caramel, malt extract, caramelized caramel - malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150411]

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dried fruit and light hoppy. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 110415

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy amber with a rough, off-white head. Aroma is a little caramellish, subtle roast but hardly any hops. Medium body, low carbonation, subtle roast with a little citrus. Bitter but not overly aromatic. Sort of a poor man’s Black IPA. Not so hot. 270315

Piana niezbyt wysoka , krótko trwała, beżowa. Pozostawiła wąski pierścień wokół szkła.
W aromacie występują bardzo delikatne nuty cytrusów, passiflora, jabłko.
Smak jest bardziej wyrazisty i w 100% odzwierciedla walory zapachowe, dodatkowo pojawiła się nuta suchej trawy.
Goryczka wyraźna, ale bez przesady, nie zalega, idealnie komponuje się z całym bukietem aromatyczno - smakowym. Nasyceni niskie.
3 - ka jest bardzo "pijalna", gładka, może ciut wodnista, ale przyjemna w odbiorze. Naprawdę "fajne" piwo.

Bottle. Pours hazy dark copper brown with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, caramel and hops, with touches of yeast. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of cotrus and touches of caramel malt. Rough and bitter aftertaste with estery touches. A nice one, though it does not look like an IPA.
