[notes] Poured from bottle @ FHF 2023 (Aug 12, 2023). Hazy bright yellow. Nice apples, quite nice underlying funk, enjoyable.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast, apple skins, and a touch of oak. Flavour is complex, with champagne-like effervescence, apple skins, oak, and barnyard funk. Oaky, champagne-like, and buggy. Excellent.
