Toasty, with light fruitiness. Yeasty, definitely that. Thick head, effervescent. OK saison.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out grainy rustic farmhouse yeast and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is grainy and herbal, with farmhouse yeast, grainy notes, straw, and crisp biscuity malt. Grainy, herbal finish. Good stuff.
