自然豊かな埼玉県越生町、そしてときがわ町。この2つの町で採れたべに梅とクロモジを使用したゴーゼが誕生。プラムのような香り高い梅、ハーブティーやアロマオイルとしても使われるクロモジ、そしてゴーゼに欠かせない塩。それらが一体となり、奥深い酸味と甘味が感じられる。使用ホップはNelson Sauvin、Northern Brewer。

On tap at Craft Beer Bar iBrew - Ginza, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out spicy coriander, a touch of plum, and salt. Flavour is full of coriander upfront, followed by juicy plums, salt, and a hint of lacto. Juicy plums on the finish combine nicely with the salt and coriander. Very nicely done.
