On tap at Craft Beer Bar iBrew Ebisu, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out juicy stone fruits, light salt, and citrus. Flavour is salty and citric, with plenty of lacto, citrus, salt and a hint of juicy stone fruits. Not much sweetness but quite a bit of saltiness. Pleasant.
