Bottle shared to celebrate kermis’ 15k, congrats!!! Thanks to Foeders for having us. Black with short lasting dark brown head that leaves a nice ring. Massive bourbon, soft mint, chilies, cinnamon, molasses, dark chocolate, more spices, light alcohol, cookies, soft maple. This keeps on giving. Quite sweet and medium bitter. Full bodied with quite some chili heat. I love Mexican cake and this is a lovely lovely version of it. Superb.

Draft at Snallygaster 2017. Poured a slightly ruby red color with a small white head. Aroma was nice tart cherries. Flavor had plenty of cherry skin notes. Light tartness. Really nice.

Much nicer than the tequila version. Roast and still a good dose of chile like street tacos. Spice stays with you. Black pour with decent head. Bittersweet finish. Oily texture. Tap at Churchkey.

Bottle shared at a tasting. Pitch black pour with a thin, fine-grained tan head. Notes of cinnamon, spicy peppers, smooth bourbon, nutmeg, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, molasses. Damn spicy aftertaste after a few sips, but very complex and tasty otherwise.

Tap. Himmeriget, Copenhagen. Deepest mahogany brown. Halo of light brown. Lots of legs. Nose has smoked, sweet chilli. Cocoa. Some vanilla. Some wood. Some bourbon. It’s all there, but not sure it’s all together. Taste is sweet and smoky. Fairly spicy, in a watery pepper kind of way. Medium body. Nice and slick. Spicy chocolate bitter finish. Ok. Preferred the base beer. This is a little woody and spicy for me.
