[ As Scarborough Chinook ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, open and frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity malt, pale malt, vomit, fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, citrus, fruity, malty, light hoppy, hay notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140807]
