On tap at E9, pours a mostly clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of clove, some pepper, and rustic saison yeast. Flavour is quite peppery, with rustic saison yeast, a little clove, and light esters. When the brewery itself describes its saison as tasting like clove, that's a warning sign; a bit too estery, seemingly due to improper usage of the yeast. Decent but not what I want in a saison.
