SO, THIS DUDE NAMED RUDOLPH CREATED THE BOYSENBERRY. NO , NOT THAT RUDOLPH. REINDEER CAN'T INVENT FRUIT. DUH. FORTUNATELY RUDOLPH BOYSEN DID AND SO THE BERRY WAS NAMED AFTER HIM. WHICH ALSO EXPLAINS WHY THERE ISN'T A GIRLSENBERRY. IT DOESN'T REALLY EXPLAIN WHY THIS CIDER IS SO RAD THOUGH. YOU WILL HAVE TO FIND THAT OUT FOR YOURSELF.

On tap at The Tap (Yakima), pours a clear dark red with a small beige head. Aroma is jammy and tart, with plenty of boysenberry and some apple core. Flavour is tart, jammy and fairly sweet, with lots of tart boysenberry, medium-high sweetness and a touch of apple core. Sweet, tart, simple. Not what I want from a cider but it's drinkable.

Draft pour at The Tap, Yakima. Ruby red appearance. Little tinted head. Rich with jammy berries. Thicker body, borderline syrup with some slightly tart red berry, and some pie notes. Cool apple background. Flavorful, but overly rich for my taste.
