Dark brown body with thick off white head. Malty aroma. Malt taste with cocoa and toast. Bready finish

On tap at The Tap (Yakima), pours a deep dark amber brown with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out soft cocoa, toasted malt and some earthy fruitiness. Flavour is fairly dry and earthy, with dusty cocoa and dry earthiness. A bit astringent on the finish. Doesn't seem like it's in the best of shape.
