Dark brown, chocolate, vanilla, has a nice dessert character. Good body and complexity for an 8.5%er.

Dink pour. Appearance: brown with a huge head beige head. Aroma: coffee and chocolate, sweet, smooth (probably because of nitro). Taste: quite sweet, nice coffee, loads of chocolate. Overall: very nice.

Draft pour at Structures, Holly, presented on nitro. Chocolate brown pour with a slight copper tint. Lots of maple bar doughnut and a little chocolate to pair. Quite sweet and flavorful. Slight coffee roast to follow, but the sweetness overpowers. Total dessert compared to everything else on the list here. Usually avoid the style, but the cocoa, coffee, maple, and nitro all worked well together here. Very nice.

On nitro tap at Structures - Holly St, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma is extremely sweet and intense, with marshmallow overload, some coffee, and dark sugars. Flavour is cloyingly sweet, with huge marshmallow and sugar notes, followed by dark roasted coffee that imparts big flavour notes without much body. Too sweet for me, but it does accomplish what it set out to do I guess. Fun.
