Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
On tap at Structures - Holly St, pours a clear dull blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out spicy grassy hops, biscuity malt and a touch of graham cracker. Flavour is crisp and dry, with graham cracker, crackery malt, and a touch of herbal notes. Crisp, clean and fairly bright. Well-made.
