Beeilen Sie sich also!

Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of malt, spices, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, leading to a slightly bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Little bottle (Thanks to Joss!): Golden to deep golden coloured, almost clear, quite firm - mid-sized - white foam; moderate to solid grainy-malty nose with a distinctive bready touch; moderate sweet flavour, medium bodied; swetish-bready finish with a light fruity touch and an even lighter bitter aftertaste. Unspectacular Winterbier..........

(33cl bottle) Almost clear, golden colour with a short and minimal off-white foamy head. Sweet cara-malty aroma with light notes of biscuits an straw. Light-bitter flavour, medium to light bodied, medium carbonation. Strawy (cara-)malty, slightly bready taste, moderately dry malt-accented finish with quite rounded hoppy notes. Nothing particularly special but all in all a likeable brew (31.III.09).

Rerate from bottle. I am getting a nice aromatic honey not from the beer this time around. Sweet base, mellow mouthfeel, somewhat spicy. Ok winterwarmer. Old rating: 5 4 5 2 9 Bottle. Amber, low visible carbonation, fluffy off-white head. Light herbal nose. Restrained cookie malt base, sufficient hop balance. Medium to light body. Not very exiting.
