An almost clear one, golden in color with some microfloaties and a big, off-white head. The aroma is a bit yeasty, with a pleasant piney and resiny hoppyness. Some malty notes too. It’f full to medium bodied, with a high level of carbonation, in a nice way. Semi-dry, with flavors of piney and resiny hops and a generic fruityness. Long finish. A bit boring this one, but sure easy drinkable and sessionable. 150227

On tap @ Platt Park brewery. Pours a clear, dark orange appearance with a tan head. Spicy hops, grapefruit citrus, light caramel, bread. Lightly sweet. Hops are pretty spicy and rich. Fine and drinkable.

Tap at the brewery - clear burnished gold - lightly oily texture/mouthfeel - simple, clean malt structure, just around to give the hops something to ride into the palate on - hops are.moderately citric, but there is also some light sprouted garlic character - some tropical notes of mango - medium bitter - simple, easy to drink, but nothing stand out.
