On tap at the brewpub. Leicht trübes dunkel orange braunes Bier mit einer ordentlichen leicht beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch ist leicht karamellig, süß malzig. Geschmack mild karamellig, toffee, schwach röstmalzig.

Draught. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Soapy notes. Light bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top @ home. [ As Kieler CAU (Christian-Albrechts-Bier) ].[ Trade by Koelschtrinker ]. Unclear light to medium amber color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, candy, toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, light citrus - tart, toffee, caramel, nutty notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Weicher röstiger Antrunk, minimal herb. Auch wenn die Herbe zum Mittelteil steigt bleibt das Bier mild, das Malz nimmt leicht ab. Wenig bitterer Nachhall. OK. 11/9/9/9/7/9
