Cask at Craft Beer Co, Clerkenwell on 2nd August 2014. Amber with thinning off-white foam and initial lacing ring. Malty and yeasty aromas. Blackcurrant flash then malt and crisp leafy hoppiness in-mouth with rich and intense nutty kick. Finish comprises nuttiness - hazelnut/peanut and biscuit malt. Engaging mouthfeel and a fair amount of body.

Cask (Marble Arch, Manchester) - Dark amber in colour. Blackcurrant, cocoa and orange peel in the aroma. Toffee, chocolate orange and blackcurrant all feature in the taste. A good advert for English hops and very enjoyable.
