Saaz and Hallertau hops provide a clean, floral aroma with minimal hop bitterness. Fruity/spicy flavors from the yeast are perfectly balanced with the sweetness of Belgian candy sugar. Notes of apricot and pear linger nicely against a dry finish.

Meh. I'm not impressed. It's pretty weak for a tripel which is disappointing.

Bottle - labeled as “Fordham and Dominion Candi Belgian Tripel” - pours clear gold with not head to speak of - looks still - nose and flavor are quite sweet, but also bring a slight sourness which may or may not be intentional - apple, pear, honey - some earthy and floral hops - light spiciness - finish is lightly warming, with some lingering baked apple tartness - meh.

12 oz bottle. Clear golden. Sweet and a little boozy. Belgian yeast flavors are dominant here. Sticky. Okay.

Bottle: Clear, light amber with a smooth, off-white head. Apricot, toffee, candied-orange aroma. Taste is sweet apricot, toffee malt, candi sugar. Gets a little tart, with a strong alcohol bitter. On the harsh side.....

Bottle. Apricot, candi sugar, caramel malt, hay, and alcohol aroma. Amber with moderate off white head and moderate effervescence. Mildly sweet/acidic apricot/orange, caramel malt, and moderately bitter/astringent hay and alcohol flavor. Good body. Pretty good - a bit boozy.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy bright golden color with a large foamy orange white head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was sweet and musty with honey, sugar and a faint vague herbal note. The flavor was sweet, tangy and bitter with elements of chalk, mustiness, bubblegum and a bit of medicine. Long musty finish. Moderately full bodied. Disappointing.

A dark golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light candy sugar, light curacao, alcohol warmth, pleasant. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with loads of curacao and coriander, alcohol warmth, very nice. Bottle at United lounge, Terminal C, IAD.

12oz bottle dated 12/28/2016, which I guess means bottled on. I’ve onto buy Dominion, someone brought this to my house. Dark golden coloe. Surfaces covering lacing. Aroma is strong candi, oh I get it, Belgian answer herbal dough. Low esters beer. Flavor is similarly gritty and grainy Belgian biscuit. Green dry malty finish. I now may buy more Dominion beer.
