Saaz and Hallertau hops provide a clean, floral aroma with minimal hop bitterness. Fruity/spicy flavors from the yeast are perfectly balanced with the sweetness of Belgian candy sugar. Notes of apricot and pear linger nicely against a dry finish.

Sample at Daily Growler UA during the "New Belgium Tap Invasion" on 01/16/2014. Murky orange color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of citrus, yeast and hops. Medium to full body with flavors of tart lemon, herbal yeast and malt. The finish is sweet with a fruity yeast aftertaste. Just average overall.

4oz cask pour at Churchkey. Pours a murky orange with a ring of spitty head. Nose is herbal, sweet candy, some alcohol, a little soap, honey comb. Flavor is boozy, tropical fruit, candy sugar, herbal soap, some schnapps. Oily finish. Very strange. Cask treatment was not good for this.
