Swedish Lambic Style beer brewed with water, hops, barley/wheat malt and yeast.
After 10 months fermentation in oak barrels raspberries were added for additional 6 month maturing before bottling.
Somewhat sweet, fruity, berry sour beer with tones of vinegar in both aroma and flavor.

A very light pink. nice looking pour, almost no head. Smells fantastic. raspberry jam with a lot of acidity. Good mouthfeel, very sour…actually a bit of soy sauce in this one. good attempt but the lingering soy sauce is hard to get past.

Bottle 375ml. corked @ Carnival Tasting 2015, Denmark. [ As Sahtipaja Lambic Style Hallon ].Clear light medium red color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy raspberry, sweet raspberry, sour raspberry, vinegar notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic, light acetic - vinegar with a long duration, raspberry, tart, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150228]

Bottled@fonefan. Reddish orange colour with a small pinkish head, that stays for quite a while. Aroma is nice sour wood along with some sourish raspberries, yeast and mild acidic notes. Flavour is sour and quite tart raspberries along with some sour wood, mild acidic notes. Very wellbalanced and nice.

Bottle. An almost clear one, reddish golden in color, guess it’s the raspberries doing their job. A small, pinkish off-white head sits on top. The aroma has a lovely raspberry touch, with funky, lemony notes in the back. It’s tart and dry on the palate, with a light vinegar touch. Soft carbonation. Raspberry, some lemon and a touch of vinegar and funk in the flavor. Lasting finish. A really tasteful one that I could easily drink more of. The aroma is the best part though. 150228

Süß säuerlicher Antrunk, Essignoten kommen auf, kurz im Vordergrund, danach längere Zeit bis in den Nachgeschmack im Hintergrund. Fruchtig, süffig. Noch nicht 100% rund aber schon sehr gut. 10/9/9/11/7/11

Bottle at 3B cons 2014-08-30 Göteborg AR: sour, raspberry puré, French perfume AP: clear ruby (first pour), no head F: raspberries, raspberry seeds, heavy sour, tart, not that sharp vineager that was that evident in the red currants etc ones... (The homebrewed version was better (might be the same recipey))

Bottle 75 cl at Sweet & Sour, Sätila, 2014-08-30. Thanks to tkrjukoff!Bottled 14.04.06.Cloudy reddish color, small white head. Raspberry, fresh, summer, light acidic, great scent! Raspberry, acidic, vinegar taste. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness.

Bottled at Brewdog, Stockholm. Murky bright red. Rich aroma of fresh raspberries. Mid dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel . Mouthfilling raspberry flavour, notes of vinegar, mild acidity. White pepper and vinegar in the finish. Lovely flavour, perhaps not very complex though.
