Swedish Lambic Style beer brewed with water, hops, barley/wheat malt and yeast.
After 10 months fermentation in oak barrels raspberries were added for additional 6 month maturing before bottling.
Somewhat sweet, fruity, berry sour beer with tones of vinegar in both aroma and flavor.

Bottle courtesy of tkrjukoff. Pours milky red with no head worth mentioning. Smell is sour, fruity and tiny funky with crackers, raspberries, lemon juice, hay, dry soil, blackberries, raspberry hard candy, barnyard and lemon zest. Taste is very sour and fruity with crackers, raspberries, hay, dry soil, lemon juice, green apple skins, lemon zest and hints of blackberries. Mouthfeel is dry, tart, tiny throat-buring acetic and light bodied. finish is sour and fruity with crackers, raspberries, lemon juice, hay, dry soil and lemon zest. Simple yet very tasty! Thank you very much for the opportunity to try these three lambic style beers. Interesting and shows for a lot of potential in the future. Lose the acetic acid and try to funk it up with a nice complex brett character and this would be top stuff. --- Beer merged from original tick of Hallon Lambic on 30 Aug 2014 at 18:42 - Score: 8. Original review text: 3,8. Almost there if it wasn't for the acetic acid.
