Nice and tasty beer with some cheese.
Hazy amberish color with a fine off white head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium + body and an ok carbonation. Tad sweet and an ok bitterness. Dried fruits, some yeast, plums and fruity flavor.

Fra fat på Ølhallen 29 Okt 15. Rødbrun. Lavt tett skum med tett lacing. Uklar. Søt plommearoma. Smaken balansert. Litt syrlig frukt. Plommer. Hårfin balanse mellom surt og søtt. Blir behagelig bitter i avslutninga.

Pours dark reddish with a smooth head. Aroma of berries, ripe fruits, yeast and malts. Taste is sweetish, malty and yeasty with some ripe fruits and berries. Finish is sweet and malty. Decent.

750ml bottle from Vinmonopolet Langnes. Shared with Vegard A. from Untappd. Clear copper coloured body, hazy last pour. Creamy, off-white head, slowly diminishing while leaving spotty lacing behind. Moderate nose of apricot and brown malts. Blended flavours of earth, caramel, nuts and candied dark fruits. A little backdrop of yeast to a mid-sweet finish. Medium bodied. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, belgium yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, belgium yeast, fruity, earthy yeast notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
