Pale light yellow big bubbly solid white head. herbs, ginger, peppers, some really faint yeasty aromas. there’s a yeast presence, mostly water, just not a lot of flavor here. some lemon juice but it’s very very weak.

Bottle, 3.5%. Clear yellow with big white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, floral, hop, yeast and brett. Flavour is malt, fruit, yeast, medium sweet, floral, spices, notes of brett and a little bitter.

[ As Beerbliotek Sockerbruket Saison ].Clear and sparkling, light to medium yellow color with a average to large, speaking, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, light moderate yeasty, herbs, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, herbs, green, spicy, yeast - wheat, fruit - citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150423]

From tap. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity and grassy. Smooth fruity and crisp hoppy. Smooth fruity and crisp bitter into the finish.

Draft @ Söder om Småland, Malmö. Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty weak hoppy aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty finish.

Tap @ mikkeller bar, Stockholm. Pale golden, thick white head. Citrusy, funky on the nose, mild peppery and wheaty. Flavor has citrus, wheat, floral notes and some mild spicy notes. Crisp and refreshing.high carbonation. Nice.

Flaska från Hemköp Majorna, tack Karin! Ljust halmgul vätska med tjock vitt skum. Koriander och peppar spelar huvudinstrumenten. Örtig tunn smak, på gränsen till vattnig. Inte lätt att producera en saison med denna låga styrka kan man anta. En bra representant för stiltypen.

330ml Bottle - Hazy golden with a foamy white head. Lemon, yeast, banana and some slightly soapy hops in the aroma. Tangy and fruity taste with banana, lemon, peach and yeast. Refreshing and enjoyable.
