Bottle from NK Saluhall. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Nice cesty freshness and balanced tartness. Very drinkable but slightly too much carbonation.

Bottle from Hemköp Majorna. A bit hazy golden/yellow with a small white head. Slightly tart with fruit, citrus, hay and orange. Nicely balanced and with a dry finish. A tasty 3,5% beer. Nice work!

Bottle. OMG what a great beer! Pours yellow, slightly hazy with a huge white head. Everything is in perfect balance here! It’s crisp and tart. Has got notes of citrus, pineapple, vanilla, flowers, honey and some clove. Ends with a herbal bitterness and a distinct dryness. Medium bodied. Full flavored! This is the kind of beer you always want to have in the fridge.

Bottle, thanks to Ronny (rlgk) split at Colin and the Vikings "pre" tasting, Nol, Goteborg, Sweden 22/03/14. Hazed yellow golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is light citrus peel, spice, hay, bitter orange. Taste comprises orange pith, citric sherbets, straw, light spice, grain. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying crisp close. Solid refreshing saison especially when taking the ABV into account!

Bottled, thanks Nisse666! Cloudy golden, rich head. Grassy fruity nose with slight lactic acidity. Dryish and light bodied with well rounded mouthfeel. Custard and light citrus. Some grassy bitterness. Refreshing and tasty.

Bottle at the "Colin and the Vikings tasting, Goteborg". Poured a hazy light straw/pear colour with lots of bubbles. The aroma is crisp yeast citrus. The flavour is light sour with a crisp fresh yeast pear palate. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Super refreshing and great for such a low ABV.

Draught @ Stearin. Pours hazy pale golden with a frothy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some sticky soapy lacing and trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is phenolic and tiny fruity with crackers, lemon zest, dry soil, white pepper corns, hay and hints of band aids. Taste is is slightly bitter and slightly phenolic with crackers, dry soil, hay, white pepper corns, lemon zest and hints of bandaids and orange zest. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, tiny watery and light bodied. finish is bitter and slightly phenolic with crackers, dry soil, hay, lemon zest and hints of bandaids. Nice, but I keep my fingers crossed they’ll make this with tons of juicy aroma hops some day.

Draught at Söder om Småland
Hazy blond color with creamy head. The aroma is very nice, fresh and fruity more than other Saison, then also a bit spicy. The mouthfeel is very dry, quite weak; little flavor, moderately spicy, quite bitter.
After the great aroma, the lack of fruitiness in the flavor is a disappointment.

33 cl bottle thanks to jduvet! Sampled on December 21, 2013.Batch No 01, BB 21 Nov. 2014.From an ICA store in the Gothenburg area.Cloudy yellow color, small white head. Sweet, malty, light phenolic scent, a bit fruity. Thin, bready, yeasty, light herbal taste. Thin mouthfeel, low to very low bitterness.Scent is pretty nice, though the taste wasn’t for me in this one.None the less, great that some "different" folköl style beers are finding their ways to the grocesery stores in Sweden finally!
