Fat på Bishop Gustav Malmö. Smak och doft av mörkchoklad, rostad malt, karamell, sirap, mörk torkad frukt så som russin, fikon, plommon med toner av rök och lakrits. Rund och len, fina smaker, lagom sötma, beska med smak av bitter choklad.

Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Almost black with small brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, vanilla, little bourbon and a little liquorice. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, vanilla, little bourbon, medium sweet, hop and medium bitter.

Draught @ Fermentoren Århus. Pours black with a small brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, cocoa, licorice, vanilla, light borubon. Flavor is light sweet, malts, caramel, oak, vanilla, licorice, bourbon, cocoa, little alcohol. Medium body, soft carbonation, light bitter finish with light warming alcohol. 210215
