Tap @ Fermentoren. Pours pitch black with a medium dark brown head. Aromas of chocolate, vanilla, cocoa, coconut-like sweetness, some roast and coffee, fudge, oaky notes. Taste is dark chocolate, vanilla, light licorice fudge, caramel, coffee, roast, alcoholic spicy notes, raisins, dry woody finish.

Draught at KØ15. Good vanilla aroma. Black colour. Small stable brown head. The flavour is sweet with a distinct coffee note. Cream and vanilla. Late coffee aftertaste. Lots of coffee, only a little barrel. Mild jammy hop finish.

From tap. Pours dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty and chocolate malty. Lingering and roasted. Bitterand roasted dark malty. Ligering liqourice and roasted finish.

Tap@Fermentoren, Copenhagen - pours black with a good brown head. Initial heavy roasted malty aroma and taste, followed by some strong sweetness, some chocolate, caramel, vanilla coffee, rich and good mouthfeel, very good.

[ As Dry & Bitter Affluence (Bourbon) ].Clear dark black brown color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, chocolate, dark chocolate, cacao, bourbon, vanilla, malty, moderate roasted. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, chocolate, cacao, bourbon - vanilla - chocolate, dark malt. Body is medium to full, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20150404]

Tap @Fermentoren Cph. Seems black, small brown head. Licorice aroma. Flavour has lots of sweet licorice. Mouthfeel is thick with raw and bitter licorice finish. Bittersweet and sticky, lasting bitterness.
