Bottle. It pours an unclear, reddish colored body and a small, dense, beige head. The aroma is very acetone-ish, with vinegar, prunes and some caramel. It’s medium bodied and tart on the palate, very low on carbonation, with flavors of balsamic vinegar, prunes and some caramel. Rasins too. Lasting finish. Too much on the vinegar side this one I think. Interesting, but close to undrinkable. 150227

Draught at All In Beerfest, 2014. Murky hazy brown with a small head. Aroma is profoundly sour with a vinous tone, berries, oak, rose hips and also some malt touch. Taste is sour up-front, some glue (?) and a distinct acidic touch, berries, hint of malt, finishes acidic sour/vinegary and dry. Medium body, low carbo. Wow this was challenging, I wonder what the pH level is :)

Bottle courtesy of tkrjukoff. Pours hazy deep reddish brown with a rather small creamy goldenish beige head that leaves some trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is sour, slightly malty and tiny fruity with dark bread, raspberry balsamic vinegar, moist hay, moist wood, raisins, red wine vinegar, blackberries, moist soil and hints of caramel. Taste is very sour, malty and tiny fruity with dark bread, cookie dough, caramel, balsamic vinegar, moist hay, moist soil, overripe lemons, moist wood, lemon zest and hints of raspberries and blackberries. Mouthfeel is mouth-puckering, dry, tart and medium bodied. Finish is very sour, slightly malty and tiny fruity with dark bread, caramel, balsamic vinegar, moist hay, moist soil, overripe lemons and hints of raspberries. Too heavy on the vinegar to be truly enjoyable.
