Small cream-coloured head over hazy orange-amber nose. Quite fruity nose, herbal, citruszeste, bitter grapes, lychee. Bitter, with a faint sweetish background, both fruity and caramel. A bit of honey too, orange/grapefruitzeste, faintly roasted. Warming up, more specific lemonzeste, lemonbalm. Quite slick, rather well-carbonated, long bitterish aftertaste. Quite good, this one. Txs to Aga!

Bottle @ Post-Easter Procrastination, Ulfborg. Pours slightly hazy amber with airy white head. Clear aroma of hops and citrus, with notes of malt and touches of yeast. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with citric notes and sweetish, malty and fruity touches. Rather thin body. Low-to-lively carbonation. Bitter aftertaste. Acceptable but nothing really extraordinary.

Butelka 0.5l (16.09.2015). Apollo zaprezentowal sie bursztynowa barwa, piana w kolorze zlamanej bieli. NIestety piana szybko zniknela niespecjalnie znaczac szklo. Z butelki aromat wyraznie chmielowy z nutami cytrusow. W szkle nieco bardziej subtelny z przewaga tropikow, slodki. W smaku goryczka na srednim poziomie dobrze zbalansowana ze slodycza przez co piwo wydaje sie bardzo delikatne. Posmak srednio intensywny, krotki, niezalegajacy. Piwo lekkie do srednio tresciwego, orzezwiajace i dobrze pijalne. Jak na greka to calkiem przyzwoity z niego amerykanin, choc moglby miec wiecej powera w aromacie a strzale "goryczki" mocniej natrzec chmielowymi szyszkami amarillo.
