Red IPA innehåller hela 6 humlesorter och lika många maltrostningar, vilket gör den till både humle- och maltdominerad på samma gång. Bryggerihemligheten är att balansera fyllighet, stor humlearom, fruktig mörk malt och hög beska så att allt samspelar.

Bottle [from trade with Slaktmasken, thanks!] @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus, Judyvv and Joes. Hazy dark orange to reddish color, off-white head. Aroma has malts and a slightly buttery hint. Taste malts, again some butter, bitter, slightly metal, hayish. Lingering bitterness. Decent body and carbonation. Not very good unfortunately.

Deep blood orange color, with frothy white head. Caramel in the nose that is mildly hoppy, but a bit off putting. Hoppy. Ok

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Sigtuna Red IPA ].[ Trade by omhper ]. Clear medium to dark red orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, malty, heavy to moderate hoppy, citrus, grass, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, hop oil, citrus, orange, dry, caramel, sweet malt, hop bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Sample from 33 cl. bottle. Clear, dark amber colour with a creamy, off-white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, floral hops and peaches. Taste is bitter. Medium body, creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and fruity with caramel malts. Okay IPA.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear amber with a rough, off-white head. Greasy, rubbery hop aroma. Medium body, some sweet caramel and lots of nice, citrusy hops leading to a bitter finish. Pity about the greasy unpleasantness in some of the hoppy Sigtuna beers 310115
