Bryggerihemligheten är att balansera fyllighet, stor humlearom, fruktig mörk malt och hög beska så att allt samspelar.

Brunrød farge med hvitt skum. Lukter godt humle, malt,alkohol og mildt sitron. Mild i smak og medium karbonert. Mild tørr avslutning.

Flaska från SB. Del i mixpack. En relativt torr RIPA vilket jag uppskattar. Ändå saknar jag lite mjuk karamell som brukar känneteckna stilen. Mest granbarr i humleprofilen vilket passade bra i jultider. Trevlig.

Hazy amberish color with a fine off white head. Nice lacing. Nice aroma! Tropical fruity, citric and a bit more dark malty than usual. Fine body and an ok balance. Flavor is also a bit more dark malty and nutty than usual. Also citrus hoppy and lots of tropical fruits. A nice and tasty IPA.

Fat på Bishop Gustav. Smak och doft av humle, malt, citrus, granskott med toner av tvål, karamell och röda bär. Tydlig beska med smak av granskott och grapefrukt. Lagom sötma.

Keg at 6DN, Aberdeen, 21/06/14. Murky dark amber with a moderate beige swirl that retains. Nose is bitter citric peel, earthy hops, dank tones, red grapefruit, spice, light pine, Caramac bar. Taste comprises bitter orange, earthy hops, orchard tones, mineral notes, tropicana. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, light hop bitterness in the close. So so for style.

Keg at six degrees north. Clouded reddy orange coloured pour with a thin cream coloured head. Aroma is nice berry / pine / lemon hops with cranberries and nutty malts. Flavour is a not disappointing, harsh rough bitterness dominates and there is some noticeable hot alcohols. On the plus side there is some nice berry fruit, and citrus. Harsh bitterness and stale malts lingers. Palate is medium bodied with spritzy tingling carbonation. A bit off balance bit decent.

Keg at Six Deg Abz. It pours deep red-amber with a thick white head. The nose is caramel, pine needles, leather, varnish and earth. The taste is pine needles, wood, light caramel, toast, resin, soap, varnish and grapefruit with a dry finish. Light-medium body and moderate carbonation. A touch watery if truth be told. Ok.

Draft @ Malmö Öl & Whisky Festival. Pours a slightly hazy reddish amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity piney hoppy aroma. Fruity malty weak piney hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty piney hoppy finish.
