Flaske fra Rema 1000, hjemme: informasjonen på etiketten gjorde at jeg bare måtte kjøpe denne, med god informasjon om malttyper og humlebruk. Men deres lovnad om "et realt øl med smak av citrus, svak sødme og godt skum" holder ikke mål. Jeg kjenner nesten ikke cascade-humlen hverken i aroma eller smak. Lukter og smaker bare litt tørt gress med en svak maltsødme. Det hele minner mer om en kjedelig engelsk bitter enn en apa. Flat, uinspirert og uinspirerende.

Bottle shared with EMJ at OSB 03.12.14. Hazy orange. Beige head and lacing. Aroma and taste of very sweet wort and apricot marmelade. More like an English bitter in taste and mouthfeel.

50cl bottle from Rema 1000, Oslo. Pours almost completely clear golden with a white head. Mild malty with some fruity notes and just a hint of citrus and herbs. Very mild flavours and not much hops, have had much more hoppy pilsners and lagers than this one. On the positive side I don’t find anything unpleasant, but all in all it’s not much flavours to speak of, and the bitterness is very mild too. Drinkable enough, but far from APA as I know it and like it.
