Fresh malty body, smooth, fresh but sweetish body. Hints of caramel, smooth earthy floral hops with hints of caramel, herbs. Nice round caramel, fresh, deep but highly drinkable. Nice, fresh, deep, caramelly aftertaste.

[ As Welde Jahrgangsbier 2015 (6 Edition) ].Clear medium yellow - amber orange color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweer malt, hay, straw, pale malt, sugary. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sugary malt, pale malt, sweet malt, hay. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150228]

Bottled@fonefan. Golden colour, small white head. aroma is fruity, floral and quite rich on the sweet malty side. Also some slight wooden notes. Flavour is floral, fruity, nectary, mildly alcoholic sweetness as well as some mild earthy and grassy notes to it.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A hazy one, dark golden to amber in color and with a small, off-white head. The aroma is sweetish, with caramel and a hoppy touch. Grass, some bread and pine cones. It’s full-bodied and semi-dry on the palate, with a soft carbonation. Caramel malts, fruityness, pine cones and a balancing bitterness in the flavor. Lasting finish. Nothing bad going on here, but it’s rather boring. 140228
