250ml bottle airborne to Tromsø by Skinnyviking, many thanks for sharing. Hazy dark reddish coloured body under a bubbly, fawn-coloured head. Lacing rings down the glass. Aromas of herbal hops and earthy malts. Sweet flavours of caramel, chocolate, and dried fruits. Slightly roasted ending with alcohol tingling on the tongue. Heavy stuff, slow sipper. Decent winter warmer (shared with Skinnyviking and Finn, Tromsø 14.01.2015).

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear deep amber with a neat and dense beige head. Sweet aroma of burned caramel and some overripe, dark fruit. Rich, fat body, lowish carbonation, lovely notes of overripe fruit, candied figs, noble rot, some friendly phenols and a whiff of sweet licorice. Some warming late alcohol. Works well as a Christmas beer. 260713
