Draught @ Ebeltoft Gårdbryggeri. Pours dark brown with small offwhite head. Aroma of sweet malt, caramel, brown sugar, dark fruit, alcohol. Flavor is light sweet, malty, caramel, dark fruit, dates, licorice. Medium body, soft carbonation, sweet finish with light warming alcohol. 010815

Gusher.. Pours hazy copper with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, dried fruits, brett, funk and hint of alcohol. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long warm, dried fruity, caramel and funky finish. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, 25cl. Gusher. Unclear in the glass, amber in color and with a small, beige head. The aroma is lighlty sourish and funky, with a spiced touch, some caramel malts, piney notes and dried fruits. Canned tropical fruits, funky sourness, malty caramel and dried fruits in the flavor. Some alcohol and warmth. Full body and a bit heavy carbonation. Long funky finish. Quite decent this one, but a tad too warming. 150724

Bottled@fonefan. Reddish amber colour, creamy big slightly off-white head. Aroma is fruity, nutty, spicy and slightly yeasty as well. Flavour is fruity, spicy, toffeeish and some wooden notes. Nice spicy aftertaste.

Bottle 250ml. [ As Ebeltoft Deep Blue 2014 ].ABV: 9.1%. Clear medium to dark yellow - orange - red amber color with a large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet dark fruit, leather, spciy, citrus. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, spicy, sweet malt, dark fruit, leather - grass sharp. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150301]

Bottle. Gusher. murky darkish amber wih airy off-white head. Vinous aroma with hints of malt and hops. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt, with bitter, hoppy notes and dusty touches. Fruity and roasty hints. Estery and slightly bitter aftertaste. Warming alcohol presence. A rather strange BSA but definitely drinkable and not bad at all, despite being out of balance.

Bottle, 9.1%. Gusher. Alcoholic aroma. Cloudy, almost muddy, red/grey colour. Small light brown head. The flavour starts off OK malty. Actually quite complex with dried fruit, liquorice, brown sugar, alcohol. Also some lambic notes, which I am sure are not intended and I do not think they suit the beer, actually. A bit green, but I think there is an infection that might develop if cellared.

Flaske 250ml spandert av Skinnyviking. Delt med ham og Rune på Nerstranda 14 Jan 15. Mørk aprikosfarget. Lavt skum. God - litt forsiktig plommearoma. Smaken mandler & blomster. Alkoholen kommer fram i form av en søt ettersmak.
