Cask/handpull at 1420, Cph. Hazy, dark amber colour with a lasting off-white head. Tart, fruity aroma with lemons, oaked notes, vinegar, brown sugars. Taste is sour. Medium bodied. Flat carbonation. Drying, tart fruity finish with lemons. Rather tart fruity for a Faro. Lovely.

100 ml from tap, sampled @ Beergeek Bar, Prague. Unclear brown, small head. Balsamico vinegar, barrel notes, red wine, dry sparkling wine, cork, basement notes and brett. Dry sourness. Medium bodied, milky texture, dry sour finish, soft carbonated. Great.

Sampled at Billies 2018. Amber color, medium sized off-white head. Aroma is hard to describe but I'm mystiously gonna call it soft and peachy. Flavor is sourish, tart, again pleasant peachy notes in there. Dry finish a bit. Quite good. Probably the best faro I've ever had. 8-3-8-3-15.

Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2018, Day 1. A hazy dark amber beer with a huge most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of sour caramelish malt, brett. Taste of sour grapes, brett, caramel.

Ordered from Belgium in a Box my first shipment broke and I received a faro smelling mess of cardboard although the bottles of other brew survived. My second order they agreed to reimburse cost of faro arrived safely although yet to see credit come through. Anyways darker than I imagined. Nose is Brett, wood, caramel. Tastes of lots of Brett, some cherry, toffee, wood, simple syrup. Not overly sweet. Nice carbonation levels. A very pleasant brew.

On tap @Birrifugio Trastevere (Rome). Ambrata scarica, limpida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note di stalla, cuoio, limone, mela annurca, leggera nota balsamica, floreale. In bocca è acida abbastanza decisa, leggermente tart, dolcezza minima, quasi assente, miele balsamico, finale discretamente secco. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Rotonda, appagante, non sembra quasi un Faro. Eccellente bevuta!

Keg at Craft beer co, Islington. A clear nut brown amber coloured pour with a halo of beige head. Aroma is sweet and tangy, green apple, brown sugars, spicy, . Flavour is composed medium sweet and spicy sour, clean lacto, green apple, brown bread, tangy, sour. Palate is medium sweet,spicy , moder ate carboantion.

Slightly hazy caramel colour, white head. Aroma of lambic, funk, white wine, light caramel. Slightly sour flavour, sweet note, funk, candy sugar. Slighty funky finish, hoppy note, slightly sweet. Nice faro.
