Keg at CBC Islington - London. Pours clear copper with a small, foamy off-white head. Tastes great, not that faro-y, nice acidity, mild citric bite, soft alcohol. Medium bodiednwith fine carbonation. Modest acidic finish, more citric twang, alcohol warmth, damp wood. Solid.

Draught Red-amber, coldhazed beer under a good off-white head. Old, Brett-infiltrated wood, dark candisyrup, banana, citrus, barnyard odours. Sourish, wood, bit candi but no sweetness, barnyard, lemon and unnamed sour fruit. Warming up, sherry flavours turn up, Manzanilla. Superb carbonation, light body. Probably the best faro ever sampled.

11-09-18 // at Delirium Cafe Brussels. Unclear brown head. Dense white head. Flemish red lambic? Sweetish red malts. Lambic aromas are there. Not that funky more acidic. Interesting.

On tap at Beavertown Extravaganza 2018. Hazy russet colour. No head. Good sour aroma. Wow that's really good. Yes some residual toffee sweetness but it's so good on the finish. Proper funk. Just so good. So drinkable. A sweet proper funky lambic. Lovely and sour.

16/8/2018. Draught at the Craft Beer Company, St Mary Axe. Pours mid brown with a dark amber hue. Aroma of fruit, caramel, wood, malt, berries and sourdough bread. Light sweetness, medium to heavy sour, light saltiness on the lips. Light body, slight oily and watery texture, average carbonation. Fruity sour finish. Enjoyed this.
