From tap. Pours clear and golden deep orange to amber. Small off white head. Aroma is sour, wineous and malty. Flemish brown like. Dry, bretty and barnyard. Mild sweet, subtle sour, bretty. Barnyard. Lingering malty and barnyard aromatic faf finish.

Tap.Dark amber colour with no head.Aroma of tart fruits and barnyard,slight sourish with hint of oak and citrus,some acid flavours and medium body mild sourish but still ok by style beer.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - Dark Amber pour with thin off white head. Tart fruity with some notes of apricot, funky and damp cellar notes, medium body and acidity, tart fruity finish.

Appearance: Quite dark brown, pretty clear. Slight off-white head.
Aroma: Sour, wet wood, tart fruits.
Taste: Quite sour, acidic, some tart fruits. Basement. I prefer a Faro to be sweeter than this.

Glass at Flink Gegist Festival, Delft ‘18. Very hazy orange brown with a small off white head. Aroma of light funk, citrus and damp cellar. Flavour is moderate sweet and light sour. Light medium bodied with a nice spritzy carbonation.

Tap at FGF2018. Dark golden with no head. Sour grain, grapes, caramelly pear skin. Moderate sweet and strong sour. Medium body and soft carbonation. Lovely how this faro isn’t a sugar bomb. Very fruity and more sour than sweet.

Tap at Flink Gegist festival. Bit hazy amber with small off white head. Soft funk, hay, plums, grassy, apricot. Quite fruity with a nice funk and wood notes. Medium sweet and sour. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation. Very nice!

Tap at taptap. Pours amber-copper. Aroma is sour, fruity, lemon, funk. Flavor is sour, bitter, fruits, lemon, dryness, touch of sweetness. Finish is really dry bitter. Overall: good, expected it to be way more sweeter.

Keg at Mikkeller, Stockholm. Hazy copper colour, small head. Citric nose with cobwebs and cranberry. Tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Mild citric acidity, cranberries and hay. Low bitterness. Elegant and complex.
