Da hatte ich wirklich schon bessere - eigentlich sind Weißbiere ja auch alkoholfrei ganz okay, aber das hier ist sehr matt, plädderich, langweilig.

Can @ Home as Kaiserdom Hefe-Weissbier alkoholfrei. Pours hazy dark yellow with an offwhite head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, little dusty, paper, light sourness, some sweet ripe fruit, banana. Flavor is light sweet, light sourness, wheat, yeast, paper, weak lemon. Thin to medium body, average carbonation. 050316

bottle from heinrichs 3000 Kornwestheim. Cloudy deep golden-brown, small white head. Light-bodied, mild, yeasty fruity touch. There are much better alcohol free Weißbiere around.

Bottle 500ml. [ As Alt-Bamberg Weissbier Alkoholfrei ].Murky medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, cereal, light wheat, moderate yeasty, sweet yeast, yeast, banana notes. Flavour is light moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20140509]

Milchig trübes goldenes Bier mit einer ordentlichen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, süß malzig, fruchtig. Geschmack süß bananig, hefig, getreidig, leich phenolisch.
