Crystal Hills was originally brewed in February of 2021. Mellowing with time, this Imperial Stout was rested in Booker's bourbon barrels for over 18 months. At that time we conditioned a portion on Carrabassett Coffee Beans and added whole Madagascar vanilla beans to the remaining barrels. The two were blended to achieve balance between these two ingredients.
