Lorelei is a lightly tart saison with a complex ester profile featuring peach and tropical fruit notes. This batch was rested on raspberries, adding complimentary acidity and fruit notes to this Belgian-style ale. Developed by Schilling’s Emily Johnston.

Draft at the source. Slightly hazy pink grapefruit in color with a stingy off white head. Lots of tart fruit with a hint of sweetness but still able to allow the saison character underneath to come through. Very well done!
