A limited edition golden Helles lager that blends two authentic heirloom yeast strains from Weihenstephan (DE) & Hürlimann (CH). Independently fermented on a singular wort and combined post-fermentation to end bright, soft, and tangy with rounded flavors and aromas.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to lager glass.
Appearance: glossy clear pale yellow to orange color with a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: subtle lemon to freshly cut grass hop scents with a light biscuity malt tone
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet biscuity vibe; finishes malty smoth
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; great smoothness along the tongue with nothing anywhere to distract the flow; good carb level
Overall: I say a pretty nicely done Helles lager worth coming back to.
